Their guidance through every phase of the project—planning, design coordination, contractor management, and quality control—have been invaluable.
A special thanks to Jeremy Niederwerder, the owner, whose leadership and commitment to excellence truly set the tone. Jeremy was a constant advocate for our interests, proactively identifying risks, streamlining communication among all parties, and ensuring that the project stayed on time and within budget. His experience and steady presence gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process.
Having Switchgrass on our side gave us peace of mind and clarity in what could have been an overwhelming process. We highly recommend Switchgrass Construction Advisors to any owner seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy representative in their corner.
